Website did not make it clear that deliveries would be delayed over the bank holiday. I paid for fast delivery but did not receive my item in time for the birthday I needed it for. The courier did not leave the parcel in my porch despite it being safe and a signed note displayed but left it at a distant post office, not even my local one so not very pleased with the whole experience.
