The flamingo mug I ordered arrived in bits despite all f the protective packing, which was very disappointing - however all it took was a brief email with a photo attached and I had a confirmation email back within 2 hours to let me know a replacement had been despatched. Replacement flamingo mug arrived just 2 days later, very pleased :)
