The ordering of my item was very easy and the delivery very quick, the only thing was that the item I purchased was a cushion, it looked like a normal size one in the picture but even though its beautiful its tiny. I'd recommend perhaps when purchasing check the dimensions or perhaps in the description it should be made clear its not a normal size cushion xx
