All of my previous experiences with Prezzybox have been good but this time, the parcel arrived after the estimated delivery date and one item of my order was completely different to what I had ordered. This was a great inconvenience because it was for someone's birthday. However, it was quickly resolved the next day, by way of the correct item being delivered and a free post label being sent as soon as I contacted customer support.
