I am yet to receive my parcel despite being told it would be here on Friday the 9th. I spoke to customer service on the friday who checked the address and confirmed it would arrive on Saturday 10th June. The tracking option stated that there was an address query which was rectified and only a couple of hours later it had changed to delovery failed after 3 attempts despite the fact no one on my workplace had taken on any parcels for me. I have had several parcels delivered to my work address before with no issues. There is no customer service available on the weekends so I cannot speak to anyone about the issue till Monday. At no point was I contacted via email or phone to deal with the address query.
