Had an issue with my delivery. The delivery driver left an out card but did not leave any tracking number for us to contact Hermes nor did they bother to either answer their phone or give a courtesy call back. Your customer service were absolutely fantastic about sorting it out. The 2nd delivery was a let down too as the driver did not turn up until nearly 6pm. I have had issues with Hermes previously. Dreadful people. You should consider changing your couriers.
