Your website provides no option for gift wrapping and no chance to choose a delivery option I.e first class, next day etc.
Bit rubbish to be honest, gift hasn't arrived yet still anyway. If the present is the same as the experience I will be asking for a refund. Will not be using this shop again and returning to gettingpersonal as a site for presents.
