I ordered an item from yourself about a week ago and it had arrived and everything fine. My only issue is that it isnt actually what I ordered. Its the same product just a different brand than was advertised (didnt come in a storage box). As you couldnt send the original item I ordered you replaced it with a lower grade item and didnt give any compensation which I am slightly disappointed with.
