I ordered a glamping night and requested a voucher, this didn't arrive via email. I then contacted the company via the website and via the phone. I was advised that another team member was dealing as yet I've had no update.
This was for a gift for a friends 40th on the 23rd. I requested e voucher so I could attach to a gift card.
