Ordered a personalised nursery rhyme book as a special present for a 1st birthday. The book is lovely but the customer service was awful. There were limited options for personalisation - the front had to have the full name and there was no option for alternatives inside the book. After ordering I immediately emailed customer services to request the nickname to be put inside the book instead. I had a reply confirming that this would be done. Unfortunately the book still arrived printed incorrectly. Not the end of the world, but as this was a special gift I wanted it to be right, so I emailed customer services with a photo to see what they could do. I was told the book could not be reprinted. Also that I could not have a refund as the book was printed 'correctly' despite acknowledging in a previous email that it wasn't correct. Very disappointed with the service received.
