I made an order on the 2/08 @ 12nn for a last minute birthday present. Paid a £6.99 fee for the "next day delivery guarantee" service. Come "next day", no present delivered. Messaged prezzybox that it inconvenienced me and I want just a refund of the fee because i felt that I didn't get what I paid for. They insisted that the estimated date of delivery was on the 4th, which was not reflected on my screen upon purchasing. Not guaranteering at all. And cannot even give a customer a good will gesture. Shame.
