Easy to navigate their website. Product I ordered needed customising. Was useful that I could see a preview which some other online retailers did not offer, which was part of the reason for not purchasing and coming to Prezzybox.com instead. Quality of product was OK. Would have liked the engraving to be clearer. Otherwise, product was delivered on time. Overall satisfactory experience.
