First time I have used this site. My item came within the stated delivery time and when I queried something before receiving my item they got back to me the next day. Only issues are that I was told my parcel would come with Royal Mail but it came with a courier one evening and my item (an advent calendar) despite being well wrapped in bubble wrap has been slightly squashed, so some of the doors have been pressed inwards. Overall happy and would use again.
