"next Day weekend arrival delivery" which i paid premium for was rubbish and meant the gift arrived on the monday, not the Saturday despite ordering mid-morning on a friday.
totally late and useless as the gift needed to be next day arrival (hence the extra cost and use of this site)
the company refunded £2 difference in delivery charge which is a pathetic attempt at customer services apology.
I wouldnt use them again, much more reliable sites out there who will deliver what they say, when they say.
