I bought two engraved compasses for the christening of my twin grandchildren. The compasses themselves were excellent and I was very pleased with them. I was disappointed, however, that one of the wooden presentation boxes was chipped on the front left corner. Given that the box is the first impression of the gift it seems such a shame that a little more care wasn't taken in ensuring that it matched the quality of the contents.
