Item delivered separately from gift. Awful customer service, despite being given the opportunity to rectify issue. Correspondence contained bad grammar, a condescending tone and overall, was insufficient.
I will not be recommending to friends and family, I also intend to leave negative feedback across social media, to prevent others from wasting their money and time with this company. In future, I will spend my money with Moonpig
