I still have not received any of my items, I have been told 2 items are now out of stock, with 1 not coming back in stock until January, I have tried to cancel this item and get a refund as I need for Christmas and have had to order of eBay but none of my emails have been replied to. 1 item was supposed to be here on the 1st December yet it still hasn't been dispatched and it's now the 3rd December. My final item says it will be delivered between the 1st and 6th but we will see if it arrives on time. This is my first ever order with prezzybox and it has been awful. It's a shame because you have some really cool stuff but your service has let you down and means I won't be using you again as it is too risky and unreliable.
