The items ordered were good as described on website however misleading if you make a mistake with wording or print once the order has gone a message comes up if you’ve made a mistake with the item ordered whether it being in the printing click here,,and if you don’t hear from us within so many hrs it will have been actioned not in my mistake so was disappointed I’m pleased with the stock you have but personalisation is a bit misleading in what you can & cant do and reading other customers comments it seems to be a big bug bear
