I ordered and the order came really quick. I ordered 3 man mugs but unfortunately 2 were missing the spirit level, I was upset about this but spoke to Rachel on the Live Chat as she was great. Sorted it out really quickly and got to brand new ones to me in 2 days! Please give her my thanks she was fab.
