Shopped for Christmas presents using this site for two years in a row now. Fantastic for giving you ideas for presents you wouldn't otherwise think of. Ordering personalised items is also extremely easy compared to some other websites. I did have an incident last year when a mug I ordered arrived broken, but I contacted the team and the issue was dealt with very quickly with a free one sent straight out to me. These things happen and the issue was resolved well so I was happy to use them again this year. The only things I have noticed is you can sometimes find the exact same items sold on the site sold for a slightly cheaper price in shops, but they can be difficult to find. You do equally need to read the product measurements carefully as items often look smaller when they arrive than they do on the website. But overall a great site with a good service that sells great present ideas at reasonable prices and makes present shopping convenient (all in one place). I would recommend the site to anyone struggling for present ideas.
