I was told my order would be delivered by 08/12/2017 at the latest, however did not arrive, until today (11/12/2017). As it was a gift to be given on 09/12/2017, this was not possible & the order is redundant. Had I known it could not be delivered as advised I would not have made the order. Upon calling Prezziebox on the afternoon of 08/12, the adviser was unable to confirm when it would be delivered, & was unable to track the item. Realistic delivery estimates & enhanced tracking, would improve the whole experience. Kind regards
