Product was poor quality and your service organisation is not pursuing the issue with any urgency - despite it being a Christmas present! I sent pictures of the problem but apparently your IT cannot handle 1Mb pictures or even 350Kb jpegs. Steam driven IT and Customer Service. Still haven't replied or solved the problem - delaying tactics? A company not worth the hassle of dealing with. AVOID
