I was disappointed that prezzybox had sent a review yet my parcel hadn't arrived. So I contacted prezzybox to find out where my parcel was. Prezzybox looked into why it hadn't arrived. Unfortunately the retailer was awaiting part of the gift which was out of stock. It would have improved my experience if I had of been informed early there was a problem. Only reason I didn't give Very Good score is that communication between the seller and prezzybox didn't happen. Now arrived and pleased with purchase. Thank you
