I'm actually really disappointed. The order should have arrived on Monday... We're now on Friday and I've had to chase twice to find out what has happened. The order didn't go out because one item was out of stock. This wasn't an issue at the point of ordering it. The irony is that the product which was out of stock was £2.99, they held the entire order and weren't even aware themselves the order hadn't gone out!
Poor effort.
