Unfortunately my order did not arrive on time which was outside the advertised guide. This was due to adverse weather. I had to call to find out what was happening with my order as I had not received email communication.
Prezzybox offered full refund when circumstances explained and apologised profusely.
Would suggest to caveat in website for future
