Ordered a gift for Next Day del - shipped 2 days later .
Complained to customer service. Their answer 'We're busy '. wTF !!!
No offer of compensation , good will or even P&P refund - until I pointed out it was my legal right.
No consideration for the little boy who didn't get his present.
Footnote : You don't have a present - delivering business proposition if you can't deliver on the promise .close down before you ruin more special days
