Paid for next day delivery. Item didn't arrive until 2 days after that. Packaging was huge for what the item was - a tiny lip tin of lip gloss. Contacted the company via live chat. Incredibly unhelpful. When I asked about my rights as a consumer (apparently the weather caused delays to delivery), I did not get a reply and then a transcript of the unhelpful conversation was sent to my email. Complete waste of time and money!
