It took over a week for my item to arrive, so my secret Santa gift did not arrive in time. It cost £4 for postage and you can’t even track your order.
I left a voice message to chase my items, nobody called me back. Also I am still waiting for a reply from my email that’s I sent last week. Not even an offer to refund my postage as it didn’t didn’t arrive in the time scale they said it would.
I would never use this company again.
