I’ve used prezzy box before with no problems, but this year for some reason, one of my items was missing from the box, and you can only contact them on week days. However, I called them Monday morning and explained one of my items where missing and they where happy to send it out emmediately or give me a refund. So their customer service is excellent. This will not put me off using them as I’m sure this is a one off.
