So far I have not had a very good experience with dealing with prezzybox. I placed on order on 29th November. The delivery date was listed as between 06/12 - 11/12. I was informed, in my order confirmation, that I would receive an email when my order was dispatched. This did NOT happen. I then had to contact prezzybox customer services who told me my item was dispatched, despite no email confirming this. They advise me it should arrive by Friday (15/12/17). It is now 17/12/17 and needless to say the item has not arrived. Still no confirmation of what date it was dispatched. Just had to contact customer services again. Not impressed at all.
