the order process was fine but after that I heard nothing. The estimated delivery date was said to be over 5 days the following week. On the 5th day I phoned to find out what was happening and was told it had not been despatched but would be sent next-day delivery and I would get email confirmation - which it wasn't and I did not. It arrived 2 days later (and too late for Secret Santa) and at the same time I got an email saying it had been despatched 2 days before I phoned.
So I won't be using Prezzybox again as I can't believe what they tell me.
