Placed my first order with you on a Sunday evening which was a birthday gift for my niece intended to be delivered directly to her. However, my payment and delivery details were taken via PayPal with no warning that this was the final step and there would be no opportunity to change.
I noticed immediately and contacted your customer services who said it could be changed if it hadn’t been packed yet which was very unlikely as I’d just placed the order.
Next thing I know I get an email saying my parcel has been dispatched. When I try to track it I can’t see which address it’s going to. I contacted customer services again to ask where it ended up going... I got a response a day later after the package had arrived to say the address hadn’t been changed. Actually pretty unprofessional message considering, please see attached. No apologies or explanation whatsoever. I paid for express delivery to still get it sent to the wrong address!
