Very slow at replying to emails, no tracking number on purchases
The chat is slow, they don't really care how long you wait for a reply
Not really sure I would use them again
Maybe they were rubbish because its Christmas, but my order was over 10 days away from Christmas, made no difference though, never did get a tracking number or a final email about delivery
