Unfortunately I cannot comment on the quality of the gifts, as they have not arrived yet. Despite an estimated delivery date of 12th to 15th December.
I emailed customer services, and at least did get a swift response. However the response was only able to advise that there is no way of telling where the delivery could be as it is not tracked and requested a few more days patience. While a lack of tracking information may be true with regards to Royal Mail, I imagine that you (or your partner agencies) would have a record of whether or not the parcel has even been dispatched yet..?
I understand that things do take a bit longer at this time of year. Maybe you could have a more realistic delivery date on the website for your products? This might enable customers to make an informed decision about whether what you have advertised is in fact the best choice for a birthday gift, rather than leaving me hanging after the money has been spent.
