Happier!!
When I rang to express my concern over a delivery which hasn't happened yet, the girl who dealt with my concern was very helpful and has helped me see a way for a good resolution.
The last day of delivery should have been last Friday and it is now 4pm on Tuesday. It is however only a few days to Christmas.
