I wrote an email of complaint as soon as I got my order 102310876 personalized whiskey tumbler.there was a fault in the glass I was so disappointed I will have to point it out to the person as it will probably crack on first wash.I can't send it back no time for Xmas.I didn't receive a reply .you were recommended to me so disappointed.
