Everything was good with my order, until it arrived without the gift box I had ordered and paid foralthoughI was grumpy at having to chase it up, the customer service guy was very polite and apologetic and told me he’ Get one sent out ASAP and promised it would arrive in time for Christmas. It hasn’t arrived yet but there is still time. So all in all I am happy with the service and the company.
