How you made me happy? You did not. Goods are fine and arrived in a timescale that would be fine for second class Royal Mail, but your website is ambiguous about how items are sent and the implication is that a courier is used and that goods are tracked; although the conditions for such being done are vague. That needs to be clearer. If missing, you wouldn’t do anything for 15 days, but that should be an issue for the company and Royal Mail, not the customer. You asked for my telephone number to ring me about this order and as of yet, no phone call. Not interested. As I say, goods were fine but available elsewhere for similar or slightly cheaper price I see and frankly, for a company that makes a big, “thing” of customer care, I don’t see it. First and last purchase I’m afraid.
