I am very impressed with Prezzy Box, as the replacement 'Man Mug' (due to original one having arrived in South Africa (SA), broken), was delivered to my sister's address in the UK very quickly, and thankfully this time around, it is in one piece. My grateful thanks to Prezzy Box also is for not charging me to have the mug replaced. The only advice I would like to offer to Prezzy Box, is to refrain from sending 'fragile' items that could easily shatter, due to poor handling methods over long distances, as was the case in this instance.... delivery from UK to SA. Alternatively, Prezzy Box should seriously consider using bubble wrap to protect fragile items being delivered over very long distances. I suspect, I am not the first customer to experience the disappointment of receiving a broken item intended as a birthday present. However, the final outcome was a very pleasant one, as whilst on my visit to the UK over the festive season, I will bubble wrap the 'Man Mug' before bringing it back with me to SA.
