Parcel due to arrive the 18-12-2017...still not arrived to date 21-12-2017. When I rang customer service I was told “if it doesn’t arrive or it’s late,just give a call and it would be refunded😤😤😤😤 I then explained it was a gift for my granddaughter for Xmas.. assistant almost expected parcel not to arrive on time!!! Very poor service.
