As this is a review of Prezzybox I have given 4 stars, if it was a review of Hermes delivery it would be less than zero! The Prezzybox site is easy to use, ordering simple and efficient, packaging of items ok too. Having them delivered into our wheelie bin was not so brilliant! The Prezzybox response when told this was prompt, professional, and provided confidence for ordering again in the future (thanks Zak), hopefully with a replacement delivery partner!
