I ordered a personalised gift well in time for Christmas, it was dispatched on the 18th Dec due to be delivered between 19th & 21st Dec. I rang Prezzybox today to find the whereabouts of the parcel and was told they can't help me because they have no means of tracking it because parcels are sent without tracking and I should check with neighbours and go to my local sorting office to see if it's there. Delivery was Royal mail 48 and although you could blame Royal mail for losing my parcel I would blame the company that thought it was acceptable to send my Christmas package untracked in the first place, I would always want to ensure the best service to my clients and would have always spent the extra couple of quid to provide a better service so that my client wasn't asked to go and track down the parcel themselves. Sorry will not order from these guys again.
