I ordered a product and recieved a confirmation but after 1 week there was still no sign of the present so contacted customer services to be told the product had gone out of stock and it looked like I had never been contacted about this. All they could do was refund me! Why did it take me ringing for this to happen. As it was a Christmas present and the 21st Dec I had to go elsewhere and pay more for delivery to ensure it arrived on time.
Poor show Prezzybox .... definutely expected better.
