firstly the time it to actually despatch my packet was over a week. When my items arrived 1 item was missing, I contacted you by phone and was told the item was showing as out of stock where as the emails I had told me the item had been packed and dispatched. So this would make me assume with the packing process my paid for item was most likely taken out of my parcel and that would explain why it was not dispatched for so long. I was told I would hear back from someone the same day but have not heard anything. It was a Christmas gift that I have had to source elsewhere and pay extra money to get it here before Christmas. I will be wanting a full refund and would advise others to not use this service.
