I placed an order for three items on the 13/12/2017 with next day delivery. The package was delivered late (on the 15/12/17) and one of the items had broken in transit, the liquid was seeping out of the package however the driver still tried to deliver the item. The parcel was immediately refused and handed back to the driver. I emailed prezzybox straight away to inform them. I have an email confirmation stating the parcel was refused following and a full tracking history on the yodel website. I emailed on the 17/12/17 explaining the situation and that I would like a refund for all three items and also for the next day postage and packing (as item was ordered on 13/12/17 and was not delivered until the 15/12/17). I have had one acknowledgment email and nothing further. Not pleased at all.
