I ordered quite a few items from prezzybox and I thought that there was a great variety of items to choose from. I received an email to say my order had been dispatched the day after it was supposed to arrive but I was in no rush so that was fine. I then received the items and, apart from the half ripped of sticker in the colouring book, the items are good! The ones that actually turned up that is. So, my speaker I had ordered had been cancelled (still awaiting refund) and I hadn't received any emails to let me know this had happened which has now left me with next to no time to replace it. I received a necklace that I didn't order and my lava lamp was nowhere to be seen! I called customer service and the girl I spoke to was lovely and very helpful! She told me that she would get the lava lamp and necklace I did order sent out for next day delivery (it didn't come the next day but whatever). I have now received my new package and in side is a lava lamp with damaged packaging and a note saying they've cancelled my necklace, again, no email to inform me of this! Still awaiting my refund for that item as well. Luckily, in the meantime, I had ordered the same lamp and necklace from amazon and it arrived sooner than this alleged next day delivery package from prezzybox and my items are all there and not damaged so I'll be sending the damaged lava lamp back and I'm not looking forward to that process at all. So yeah, not a happy customer and not one that will be returning either, obviously.
