Good selection of gifts.
However on second order I received an emails telling me one of the items could not be filled and that details would follow in the delivery note. Entirely unhelpful. As the order was just four lots of the same item, does this mean I am getting three, two, one or none of it? If none, presumably you won’t be sending a delivery just to provide a delivery note. That email should have been much more detailed.
Also as these were gifts, had they been different items and you had not told me which one was missing I wouldn’t have known which one to try and replace. Really not good enough.
With a delivery I did receive, the “try me” button on a toy had been wedged down into the packaging and it had been singing to the delivery driver non-stop. That’s funny but it’s not ideal that I had to open the packaging of the present in order to stop it.
