Ordered items on 17 December and they had not arrived by 22 December. Contacted a customer services lady and she was very apologetic explained my order had been missed but not to worry as everything is in stock and she’ll ensure it’s processed for next day (Saturday 23) delivery so I have my gifts for Christmas. No delivery arrived and customer services are only open Mon - Fri. I understand Christmas is a busy time but not being able to deliver a service that is advertised isn’t acceptable at any time of the year.
