The item ordered (on 17th Dec) did not arrive before Christmas, though the delivery dates given were 19-22nd Dec. We were emailed on Tues 19 Dec to say the item had been despatched, but it didn't arrive before Christmas Day and no one got in touch again to say it was running late. When we rang customer services on Fri 22nd Dec we were told nothing could be done to help and that the company had no idea where the package was, as it was now with Yodel. Your customer services rep said no one was working on Sat 23rd Dec and didn't sound interested. We understand the delivery date was an estimate, but the follow-up service after the order was poor and we'd have appreciated more contact. Frankly, if you receive an email on 19th Dec saying the order has been despatched, you expect it to arrive within 72 hours. The package - still awaited - was a gift for our 10 year old. We won't be recommending the company based on our experience.
