I placed an order on 19th December which was ‘guaranteed’ to be delivered to Christmas. However it did not arrive and when I called customer service today (27th December) I was told it had not been dispatched from the warehouse. I was offered a full refund but only a very cursory apology, which was very frustrating as I had to rush around on Xmas eve to replace all the gifts that did not arrive in the order. Not impressed at all.
